  The hotel was very clean & comfortable. The staff were very kind & helpful

  Liked: The room was very comfortable. Clean sheets & towels every day. The TV needed more English speaking channels. Only had The News Channel. The hotel was great but once outside there was a lot of homeless people & rough sleepers. This made us, as two women, feel vulnerable.

  Disliked: The cost of breakfast was very high so we ate out. As I said above outside the hotel we felt vulnerable with lots of rough sleepers.
