They send you to a room in a different hotel!

Liked: I had purposefully chosen boutique 56, rather than boutique 53 as I wanted to be able to check in and take my room straight away in the same building. With boutique 53 you have to check in at 56 then walk back to 53 and then fight your way through the people that they have sat at tables outside the door of 53 to get into 53. I was therefore rather disappointed that after having booked boutique 56 that I was sent to a room in 53.

Liked: The location is good. It's close to the station. It's not bad to sleep for a day. The shower room is in the room. But it was uncomfortable because the bathroom was outside😨😨 But the staff was kind.
