  Liked: The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and the harbor. The city center is about 20 minutes away, while the Elbphilharmonie Plaza and Miniatur Wunderland museum are only about 15 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families with children, as everything is very convenient and easy to reach. Public transportation is easily accessible, including Ferry No. 62. There is also a Brazilian restaurant right below the hotel that serves really good food. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially for families!

  Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was that the pillows were not very comfortable, and the blankets made a lot of rustling noise. If you have a small child who is sensitive to noise while sleeping, you really shouldn’t move at all 🤣

  Great apartment in a great location

  Liked: We initially booked this apartment because it had two floors and one of us needed to work remote for a day while the other could sleep until later. It definitely worked perfectly for that purpose but more than that it was a really nice apartment and we loved it. Amazing location in the city, two bathrooms (one on each floor), very clean, modern and elegant. The blinds also block all of the light which is great and doesn’t happen everywhere.

  Liked: A well equipped and maintained, higher end apartment in the centre of Hamburg. Very helpful staff.

  Liked: The location, the staff, the room. It was a great experience and good value for the price.

  Disliked: We found some hair in the shower the first day and the room was hotter than expected. Even with the aircon at max it was a bit uncomfortable during the morning
