Not what I expected for the money

  Liked: Location

Disliked: No wifi, no plugs for my charger, tea kettle, or anything else, very ackward shaped room, reception was on a 30 min break at least until I was able to check in, not something a tired traveler should expect

  A convenient location but overpriced

  Liked: The bathroom was large.

Disliked: The room was poorly laid-out and, as a result, the door to the room was unable to open fully. My room had no wi-fi connection - I was offered free breakfast in compensation.

Very silent hotel in perfect location for overnight train change

Liked: We travel by train (so far; we are likely to start flying since no trains are on time or are delayed) and have spent the night "across the street" from Hamburg Hbf a large number of times. This hotel is our favourite by one sole factor: it is completely silent! We will continue to stay here should we travel more! Everything else is as expected for a hotel in this class. No glitches at all and the location could not be better!

  Disliked: Nothing to not like.

Great location and very nice & comfortable rooms but they need to educate their check in staff

Liked: Location was just great, room was very comfortable. I really enjoy my stay there and would like to come back again....

Disliked: At the time of check in at the front desk the person was so rude, he was acting like a robot and never try to help out the guest. I really feel bad about it.
