Almost everyone offers free luggage storage on departure day

  Liked: Staff was great.

Disliked: Booking.com says free luggage storage. Generator charged me 6 euros and that is why I won’t stay here again.

Liked: The hostel is located right next to the main railway station, providing excellent connections to the rest of the city and the airport. There is one shared male and one shared female bathroom on the floor. During my stay, neither was crowded. Both the room and the private bathroom inside it were clean. I arrived at the hostel around noon, and although the official check-in time was 3 PM, I was able to check in and access my room earlier.

Disliked: I had read in previous reviews that late check-out was available for an additional fee. However, when I contacted the hostel after booking to arrange it, I was told this option was not available. As a result, I had to extend my stay by one night in order to check out at noon. Surprisingly, during my stay, another guest told me that he had requested a later check-out upon arrival and was granted it without any problems. This was disappointing, especially considering the conflicting information I had received. The bathroom and toilet inside the room are extremely small. The washbasin is only suitable for washing your hands. Washing your face is practically impossible due to a shelf directly above it and the very limited space. The bed sheets also had visible stains.

  Not good

Liked: Manuela, the front desk. Also, it was clean.

Disliked: The location is full of homeless people and drug dealers around. Roommates yelling at 2am. Bathroom is super tiny.
