  Good but it could be better

  Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was okay. The location was good because it was near the public transportation and the shops. Very noisy at night because of the clubs but better than expected

  Disliked: You couldn't find anyone at the reception, the only day we saw someone at the reception was the day we checked in. Plus nobody came to clean the room during our 4-day stay

  Liked: Die Lage ist für Reeperbahn-Fans sicher gut

  Disliked: - Teppich roch nach kaltem Rauch und Füssen und war sehr verschmutzt - Wände voller Flecken - Staff erklärte stets extrem wortreich, dass einfachster Service für sie "fancy" oder "over the top" sei. - Die Handtücher haben gemüffelt. - alles war siffig und/oder defekt. - teils fehlten die Abdeckungen auf den Steckdose, eine der Nachttischlampen war defekt und das Plätzdeckchen auf dem Schreibtisch war extrem zugesaut. - alles in allem war das Ganze viel zu teuer dafür, dass selbst Zelten mehr Komfort gebracht hätte. - ich ekel mich echt nicht schnell und hab schon wirklich abenteuerliche Reisen gemacht. Aber fast 80€ pro Nacht für so was zu verlangen, ist echt "over the top"

  Disliked: We left the hotel a day earlier because our room was tremendously dirty, very disgusting. The shower walls were full of mold as well as the shower curtain. The floor was very dirty, full of dubious spots and the walls as well. All surfaces were full of dust and disgusting to leave anything on them. The WiFi did not work, even though we stayed at a room very close to the reception (room 2). Even though I paid the full amount of the reservation via booking, because of your good reviews and location, I would like to get at least half of my money back. They didn’t even reply to my messages. Other guests had similar complaints.

  Liked: It was very close to all the nightlife on the Reeperbahn. Expect noise at night if you book but I had a room facing the back and to be honest, I hardly noticed the noise. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean, everything you really need.
