  Liked: I liked the hotel. The staff was helpful. The breakfast selection was perfect.

  Disliked: We arrived by car from Denmark. According to the description, there was no need to request parking in advance because free parking was available, and this was indeed the case. There was one empty space, but getting out of the car was quite problematic, as the parking spaces are so small that if someone parks poorly, the whole situation quickly turns into chaos. That is exactly what we experienced. There are free parking spaces for about 10 cars. There are plenty of available parking spots next to the hotel, and I don’t understand why they cannot be made available to guests. We arrived in the afternoon and found one free space, then we went into the city center. In the evening, when we returned to the hotel, there were no free spaces left, so we parked in the underground garage. The cost of the garage is €22 per 24 hours. That would not be a problem if it really worked that way—but it doesn’t. We parked in the evening and left again in the morning. The actual parking time was about 13 hours, yet we still had to pay the full 24-hour fee. I don’t understand why, if the system is card-based, the fee is not calculated based on the actual parking time. The same thing happened the following day as well.

  Very disappointed

  Liked: Actually I can't say something positive about this hotel

  Disliked: There wasn't sleeper in the room. The room was cold. There wasn't any tissue in the room. The tea and coffee were old and wet. No toothpaste and toothbrush in the toilet. Mini bar was empty and only one bottle of water was there that after finished the water I asked the staff for the other one, they said only one bottle of water for a room is possible. Saturday day noon after we left the room, house kipping didn't change the sheet.

  Over all a rest full nice stay

  Liked: Room and Hotel and Staff was very welcoming. No issues getting a Taxi when I needed to go back to the airport. The room was incredibly spacious, loved it.

  Disliked: My room was right next to the closet for towels and bedsheet etc., when the staff needed to get stuff in the morning it was a bit loud.

  A comfortable stay with amazing views and one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while

  Liked: The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, even if it was a bit dated. The breakfast really exceeded my expectations — great quality and plenty of choice. The views from the hotel were also incredible and made the stay feel special.

  Disliked: The location was a little further from the centre than I expected, which made getting around slightly less convenient.
