Fabulous
Very nice, comfortable rooms, friendly staff
Liked: Excellent location, walking distance from many of main attractions
Disliked: A bit of food smell was always presence at the reception area
Fresh, new hotel in a situation very convenient for our plans
Liked: All the staff were most pleasant. The night conciege Jan-Hendrick was particularly helpful when we had to return for an extra night as our flight home was cancelled. Large sized room and ensuite, all very clean. Comfortable bed. Good heating. Clothes storage not very generous considering the size of the room but extra hangers helped. Good to have hooks outside the wardrobe to hang damp coats. Breakfast very good with attentive staff, served in a light airy dining room. A good in-house restaurant which served most of the day. Congenial bar. A little expensive but convenient. Location minutes from U4, including a lift, and with easy to link with the airport train.
Disliked: Lighting in the room was low, especially as the wall colours were drab but the lighting was fine in the bathroom. Disappointed that the computers in the foyer hadn't been updated so we were unable to link to Lufthansa airline website.
Liked: New building, very clean and quiet, historic part is nearby, many restaurants and shopping center. The room is modern and feels like brand new
Disliked: No refrigerator in the Standard room
A modern hotel in the modern HafenCity area
Liked: The HafenCity U4 station is a 5-minute walk away. Several attractions are within a 20 minute walk, including Miniatur Wunderland, the Elbphilharmonie and the Maritime Museum.The hotel is new, modern and very well maintained. The Breakfast Buffet is excellent and even includes sparkling wine on Sundays. My courtyard-facing room was totally quiet.
Disliked: The duvet on the bed was too hot for me, so I removed it and just used the cover as a top sheet.

Liked: It’s clean, cozy and warm:) Wonderful location!
Liked: The front desk staff were fantastic. Happy, helpful, just lovely. The room was brilliant. The location and parking availability were also excellent.
Disliked: Nothing. I liked everything about my stay and would definitely stay here again.
