  Terrible indeed

Liked: Totally dissatisfied with their lies and inconvenience I experienced. (1) 24-hour frontdesk was a lie. No one were there when I wanted to ask things during daytime, and even the check-out day at 8:30AM. (2) Daily housekeeping is also a lie. I had two towels for three nights, never got a new one. (3) At check-in, I was taken to another building that seemed to be under construction. It made my black shoes painted white, which was not able to removed easily. (4) In the next room some children (it seemed to be too many for a room… they might not be guests perhaps?) were always screaming, running, and sometimes kicking the wall. TV volume was too much as well. They’re not speaking English (nor Germany probably), and since no one at the frontdesk, I could not make it resolved in any way. Even if some of them are the temporary issue I had unfortunately, I thought the owner was not trustworthy enough to recommend this hotel to anyone else, and of course I will never stay again.
