  Liked: The location is quite close to the main train station and the city centre.

  Disliked: The street leading to the hotel is just awful. Very, very dirty and loud. At times, I didn't feel safe. Drunk people in the area, there are some X cinemas and gamble places. It felt quite nasty. In order to go in the hotel, you must ring a bell and sometimes they take their time to allow you in. First night when I arrived, I paid for my reservation and they couldn't provide me with an invoice in English, which seems kind of like really basic for an international travel, but anyway... The bathroom is quite narrow, although pristine. The bed wasn't really comfortable and the pillows were nothing but painful to use. I had to fold them in order to get some consistent base for my head. The breakfast was alright, but last day was on a weekend, which was up to 11am, I decided to go down a bit later and when I got there, there was almost nothing left. I think I had a toast and an apple. Another very annoying thing is that every time i leave the hotel, I must leave the key. They don't have cards for the rooms, so when coming back, you have to go through reception in order to retrieve your key. One night there was a huge group checking in and the receptionist didn't even look at me, so when he was about to proceed to give individual keys to all of them, I had to get his attention to get my key.

  Will never stay there again and never recommend this hotel to no one. See attached booking and room

  Liked: Hi, the only thing I can say is the breakfast was the only thing that was ok.

  Disliked: The cost of 1 night is overpriced for the stay and the conditions of the hotel. For starters the booking pictures are 100% different as to what I found in the hotel, this meaning you are miss leading your clients. It stated the room has its own bathroom but it did not and it was a shared bathroom for all the rooms on that floor. The room had a funny smell inside; I had to open the windows during the night. The size of the room is less than half of what was noted in the booking, the access to the hotel is not easy, the hospitality at the reception is not the best as well. In general, I will not recommend this hotel to no one ever. I was with the idea of just leaving and making a complaint and request a refund, but due to work related timeline I did not have time to be changing and looking for another place.

  A nice hotel at a cheap price, but one should be aware of the rough neighbourhood before booking

  Liked: Comfy beds in a decently sized room. The breakfast was quite good, with plenty of variety in breads, meats, and spreads. The staff were pleasant and happy to help, available at all hours, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the street directly outside did not feel safe to be on. The day we arrived, we witnessed a fight almost breaking out, my partner got harassed by someone directly outside the hotel, and it was continually loud even into the small hours of the morning. We occasionally arrived back to the hotel late, and because you have to be let in by the staff rather than have any way of accessing the hotel yourself, at one point that involved standing still in the dark for a good couple of minutes. We were fortunate enough to travel in a group, but I wouldn't recommend this place to single travellers or vulnerable people. It's a shame, because this is not really the hotel's fault, but it's still something that travellers should know about before they book. Additionally, we found some silverfish in our room at one point. Also, the toilet we had would frequently drain water noisily into the bowl for an hour after being flushed, which was incredibly distracting when we were trying to sleep, and was difficult to stop.

  Clean, spaciuos, good breakfast, but bad location

  Liked: I like that was clean, breakfast deliciuos, it was elevator inside

  Disliked: When you from hotel outside, the street around is dangerous, many people, who use drugs, people sleeping in street in the middle of day. I didn’t feel save to get back into hotel with my kids
