Centre of many things but didn’t like it because of too many stairs and difficult for old people to come to reception

Liked: Good location and in the center of everything shops, trains and buses.

Disliked: Too many stairs especially you have a big family with suitcases and no staff availability when you need them.

  Jekyll and Hyde

Liked: The place is clean and well maintained internally.

Disliked: The hotel faces one of the worst streets in all Hamburg (probably in all Europe). Expect people consuming drugs or being drunk in front of the hotel entrance.

Liked: A genuinely nice hotel, let down by its location. I had no trouble at all, parked my motorbike outside and no trouble, but the area does have its challenges. This is a good value, city centre site, nice, spacious and clean room, but the area is not for the faint hearted.

  Disliked: Location let's it down.
