A handy hotel close to the station

Liked: The location was handy to the station. Our room was spacious. Although it was sparse, it was clean.

Disliked: I didn’t like it that the property shows pictures of a bath and then we had to pay €5 for the plug!! I thought it was a deposit, to make sure the plug was returned, but when I went to get my €5, I was told that it was an extra payment to use the bath. I wasn’t very happy about that at all. Either the room has a bath or it doesn’t. There should not be an additional charge for the plug. We have been travelling for 7 months and this is the first time this has happened. If I’d have realised, I would have fashioned a plug out of a drink lid. Very disappointed.

I was very uncomfortable and unhappy here

Liked: Nothing it was overpriced in a scary location for a young woman and the staff were unfriendly

Disliked: When I arrived there were a bunch of men smoking at the door. Everyone looked away as I carried a 30 kg suitcase into the hotel. Then one of the smoking men came inside and handed me the room keys then looked and the suitcase smirked at me and said “have fun there is no elevator”. He gave me a room on the second floor instead of the first floor and the stairs were impossible to climb up. When I was in my room there had mold and stains all over the room. In the night at around 2am I had twice people trying to get into my room.
