Liked: Excellent stay from start to finish. The team answered our questions quickly before arrival and gave clear directions for the garage next door, so parking was easy. Friendly, helpful staff and a great base for a short Hamburg trip. Highly recommended.

Nice boutique hotel for a Hamburg stay

Liked: Super thoughtful note on your nightstand welcoming you to the hotel. Great breakfast. Complementary coffee (from machine) and water in the room! Quiet even though not far from Reeperbahn.

Disliked: Small detail, but I wish we could just be able to get the coffee ourselves. Coffee and hot beverages are served on demand only.

Liked: The location was great. Metro was in walking distance as well as a good pizza restaurant and a supermarket. The room was spacious and very well equipped with a wardrobe, a coffee machine, water and tea. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was very nice and clean with a hairdryer and place to put your things. The staff was so nice, young and very dedicated. They explained everything from public transport, how breakfast works, how to get filtered water in the hotel, even though tap water is very drinkable, and that we would get a free cocktail if we relinquish the cleaning of our room. To be honest, for the two nights we stayed there it also wasn't really necessary to get daily cleaning. Breakfast was very very good with homemade juices and smoothies and an abundance of breakfast items.

  Disliked: We loved everything.
