Disliked: Taking a morning shower today 21/10 with temperature set to "south" i.e. neither exceedingly hot or cold, the temperature suddenly jumped to scalding. As it is a small shower i could not jump aside either. It took me a few seconds to switch it of, enough to hurt. Shit happens, however what annoyed me is that when i told your front desk receptionist, the man could not care less. I barely got a sorry; he was not interested in what happened or offering breakfast to make up for it. I won't be back in a hurry.
