It is fantastic location, service and quality

Liked: Everything was perfect. The staff, especially the staff on the afternoons and nights, were incredibly friendly. It’s a fantastic location, right near the S-Bahn and train station, and close to shops and restaurants.

Disliked: I’m missing slippers gowns and other things that used to be there.

  It's just OK

Liked: The location is right next to Altona Hbf, I reserved there as I was expecting to take the train right there, unfontunately, it was under maintenence so I had to take the subway to another station. Eitherway the location is near to restaurants and stores. I was not able to visit the Elba River that is very near.

Disliked: The carpet in the halls looks old and a little dirty. The breakfast could include some more protein, it was only eggs and bacon, it was mostly cereals, bread and fruits.

Liked: In the middle of everything. Holy moly. Amazing location. That's all I remember, cause I was a little drunk. Oh, and the parking was really cheap ( compared to Berlin, and that's a win for me ). Just look out if you have a big car. Tight.

Liked: My wife and I were greeted quite late in the evening on arrival at 22:00 with a very warm and friendly welcome and were given two digital keys. Directly opposite was Köz Urfa - great Turkish restaurant.
