Great place to stay. Pretty new, nice staff on my easy check-in. I will give it a four star

Liked: Very convenient, nice little restaurants around, especially the one right downstairs in the same building called NAAN. Easy transportation, the train station is right next to it.

Disliked: I liked pretty much everything, the shower curtain was disgustingly dirty. So I was turned off by it.

Solid choice, good value for money

Liked: Clean, modern, solid basic. Was positively surprised about the crowd at this price point. Staff friendly, especially at the bar.

Disliked: I find the glass between the bed and bathroom stupid. Especially as there is a curtain, but that covers only half of it.. Charging extra for an early check-in feels extremely Ryanair-ish. Either you have a room ready or you don’t. It is not like they will clean it faster/earlier.

Perfect for me and my purpose of travel

Liked: I liked the size of the room and the bathroom. Having a fridge and a safe in the room was great. I also liked the overall design of the room. Also, the location right next to a major train and bus hub was very convenient for my purpose (visiting friends and family) and I like the selection of restaurants and cafes around the hotel are also great.

Disliked: I would have loved a coffeemaker in the room. There were at least two evenings where no bar tender was onsite and it was not possible to get a drink. One safety issue: a few times I nearly slipped with the carpet that was under the beds, as th legs of the beds were not standing on the carpet and there was no anti-slip mat or something like this under them.

Perfect location and a great hotel

Liked: Location is outstanding. It is located on Barmbek station with connection to Airport and City center, both of which are 10-20mins away. Around the hotel there are markets, fast food chains and similar, so it is also good locatex from that point of view.

Disliked: No major remarks. Perhaps it was a bit too warm in the room, but I have this problem in majority of hotels. I kept the window open, and it was ok.
