  Disliked: The room was on the 3rd floor and did not have the advertised view of the Außenalster. It should have been floor 5 or higher.

  Lovely hotel in very good location

  Liked: Location, staff, bars/restaurants, shower and bathroom in room - all excellent. Breakfast buffet very good too.

  Disliked: Room much too dark. There also needs to be a “dressing table” area with plug and mirror so you can sit and do your hair and makeup in comfort. I only had 2 options - 1) at bathroom mirror by plugging hairdryer into socket for the kettle outside of bathroom and 2) by sitting on floor by room door and looking in big wall mirror which had a socket opposite. Spa - staff unavailable to take bookings which was frustrating.
