Liked: Good breakfast, but the location was poor.

Disliked: We booked two rooms over six months ago, but when we arrived, we were told that only one room was available. As some kind of compensation, they gave us a jar of honey each. What a joke!

  Very Important

Liked: Quite, location, very close to the public transport

Disliked: The garage system is very poor, lacking behind, the systems should be automatic to enable visitors to make easy movements..and also reduces the workers stress!

Liked: Hotel staff responsible for the breakfast was extremely kind and responsible, they not only understood allergy issues, but they found the best way to help with this - e.g. they went out to the shop to buy a product which was safe in my diet.
