  Amazing hotel

  Liked: The hotel exceeded my expectations. We were able to check in a few hours ahead, free of charge. The room had a balcony and was very spacious. The bathroom had an open concept and had a lot of storage areas. We had a simple hair dryer available at the room, but we could also request more hair tools at the reception. All staff was very friendly and polite, from desk service to the breakfast as well. We requested vegan and gluten-free options, which were quickly provided by the staff. Underground parking was available for 30 euros a day.

  Disliked: The bed was a bit too soft for my liking. The shower could not be fixed in place and the water took a while to heat properly.

  Excellent experience

  Liked: Very good location, walking distnace from the old city centre and from the UNESCO heritage Speicherstadt and Elbphilharmonie. Spacious room with all the comfort. But most of all we enjoyed the silence in our room during the night.

  Disliked: Nothing particular, maybe just that hotel guests could have some discount on parking fee.
