Liked: Room was warm, comfortable and clean. It was a good size, as was the bathroom. Location of hotel was excellent for our visit and very handy for public transport. Quiet.

Disliked: No fridge in room and just empty cupboard with wires showing where it looked as if a fridge had been removed. Overall a bit shabby looking, e.g. black marks on carpet and faded patches.

Liked: This hotel was convenient for the place I was going to. A bit disappointing that there wasn't an U or S Bahn nearby, but the hotel itself was fine.

Disliked: Seems some of the fitting had seen better days: Door handle in the room came off on the inside, the knob for the shower setting was unscrewed and I had to screw it on, and I when I had a shower the tap was also running and vice versa, maybe something to do with the setting knob?

Liked: Clean, and adequate for a night - very good soundproofing in regards to blocking out road noise.

Disliked: Hotel interior & rooms need significant updating compared to other Mercure hotels we have stayed at. Bed was hard, and outdoor signage for hotel at night is nearly impossible to see.

Liked: The reception staff, what a lovely girl! Across from the venue. Clean, comfortable beds, practical hotel, good to have the bar with food right there.

I would not repeat. Hotel is old, worn down, overpriced.....Mercure is getting expensive

Liked: Location is good. Close to Italian restaurant.

Disliked: Staff quite sombre. Upon reserving a room online with booking, with all criteria, upon payment I got a receipt for another type of room and less people. Booking you need to simplify your booking process. No tricks.
