  Liked: Beautiful and quiet room, kind personnel, fast elevators, underground (paid) parking with ample space.

  Disliked: Unprotected WIFI. It was fast, easy to connect, but you do not know who else is listening.

  Simple and modern stay, affordable prices

  Liked: The metro and bus station is right in front of the hotel, and the train station is also in walking distance (10 mins). The area is nice and safe. Supermarkets (Lidl and Kaufland), cafés are in walking distance. Laundry service is also close and affordable. Lake Auẞenalster is also close by. The hotel staff were extremely nice, they gave a fresh bottle of water upon arrival. They offered a luggage storage service after check-out time, and the lounge was super comfy while we were waiting for our train to leave. The room (and the bathroom as well) had everything we needed. Enough space to open two suitcases. It was clean and quiet. It had blackout curtains, which made our sleeps even better. The view was amazing. Bonus: they have at least 4 (maybe 5) elevators, so we didn't have to wait a lot to get to our room.

  Disliked: Everything was perfect. We didn't have any complaints.

  It served the purpose but the cost did not justify the amenities

  Liked: It was close to the train station and to walk over to the Alster. The hotel was very clean and our room was made up and refreshed daily.

  Disliked: The room was bare bones - small room, tiny bathroom, no extra amenities like a coffee maker or fridge.
