Liked: It was clean, cozy and easy to find. Nice staff
Day in Hamburg
Liked: Easy to access. Friendly staff
Disliked: Soap dispenser of granules. TV didn’t work (or we tried the wrong thing).
Cosy and perfectly located
Liked: Location, tidy and clean. Friendly stuff.
Disliked: The stairs:D. One of the two rooms was a bit small for 3 persons.
A clean, safe place to stay in a very good location
Liked: Everything was as described and appeared on the website. The room was clean, and the bathroom was very clean when I first entered. The staff were helpful and friendly. What I liked most was the location; it was very central, so I felt very safe and could easily go everywhere.
Disliked: I booked a room with a shared toilet, and although it was clean when I first entered, the people I shared it with had used it dirty. I had hoped it would be cleaned the next morning. However, I only stayed for one day and checked out at 11, so it might have been cleaned after I left, but I would have at least hoped it would be clean when I woke up.
