Liked: I stayed here for four nights during a work trip. The staff were excellent, friendly, professional and quick to resolve issues. When I was initially assigned a room that hadn't been cleaned, they immediately arranged a replacement. My eventual room was spacious, clean and okay on comfortable scale. The hotel is also well connected by public transport, with convenient bus and underground connections. Overall, it's a clean, modern and efficiently run property.

Disliked: Unfortunately, I found the hotel disappointing in terms of value for money. The self-service check-in initially assigned me a room that hadn't been cleaned, which wasn't a great first impression. Although the modern design looks appealing, I felt it compromises on several practical comforts that traditional hotels normally offer. There was no proper wardrobe or adequate storage space, and the small work table was hardly suitable for working on a laptop for more than 10 minutes. This was particularly inconvenient during a business trip. The TV placement was also rather odd. With the bed positioned in the middle of the room and the TV fixed in a corner without the possibility of adjusting its angle, watching television comfortably from the bed was unnecessarily difficult. Housekeeping only after three nights also seemed excessive, especially considering the relatively high room rates. I would expect this arrangement at a budget hotel, not at this price point. Breakfast was another disappointment, with a rather limited offering compared to other hotels in a similar price range. Overall, while the staff were excellent, I felt the hotel prioritised modern aesthetics over practicality and comfort. For the price charged, I believe there are better-equipped hotels in Hamburg offering considerably better value for money.

Liked: We loved everything about this hotel. It was so clean and the beds were so comfortable but most of all we loved the staff. They were all so friendly and very helpful with information on places to visit in the area. We would definitely stay here again🥰

Disliked: There is nothing we didn't like. We loved everything. The style of the hotel is so retro and cool.
