  Fun and friendly staff - amazing breakfast

  Liked: Very nice, clean, good location. Staff in the reception super friendly, welcome and fun. Good information. Room was clean and nice. Good bathroom. Spacious. Bed comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, you can make your own waffle and they have brie cheese, grapes and mozarella. Best hotel breakfast I've seen in a long time.

  Disliked: I booked to pay at the property. Once I got there they told me they had to upgrade me. But that changed my price to more than double what I had booked for:/

  Liked: Very good value for money. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff.

  Disliked: I had 2 nights in a rear single room. Very quiet. 1 night in front double room. A bit noisier but not surprising as in the Reeperbahn. Ear plugs are provided.

  Liked: The location is great for nightlife and living in the centre of the city, the room is small, but doesn’t lack anything

  Disliked: Receptionist gave me the wrong room invoice and insisted I pay for the room which I already paid for. When I pinpointed it was a different name and address of another danish person, she blamed me. Not very satisfactory

  Nice and friendly staff made up the noisy surroundings

  Liked: Very good location, just what I needed for the Reeperbahn festival. It had everything you needed.

  Disliked: As it was in the centre of busy night life, the nights were quite noisy and the earplugs hotel provided didn’t help either.
