Hotel as such nice, but use of wifi requires subscribing to their loyalty programme - a shame!

Disliked: You can only access the (basic) free wifi in the hotel if you sign up to their loyalty programme. Without joining their programme, simply no access to wifi. A shame!

Comfortable, friendly, good food with excellent location. excellent location.excellent location

Liked: Its location beside the water. Wide corridors, spacious room, excellent dinner and perhaps the best, although quite expensive, breakfast I’ve ever had in any hotel. Pleasant, professional staff. Appreciated that breakfast was served from 6.30 to 11.30 am.

Disliked: Irritation about room safe which had opening/closing problems. However, the matter was resolved quickly.

Nice stay in the Hamburg center

Liked: The location is perfect, the hotel is great!

Disliked: My sleep was interrupted by the noise from the street and was not deep though the beds and the room was conformable. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned for 2 days, until we complained. Then, it went perfect
