  Lovely!

  Liked: the hotel has a good vibe, with a very polite and helpful team, nice and cozy environment and great kitchen. It is a location easy to get public transport, so, quite convenient. The cost benefit was amazing.

  Liked: Very large room and bed - comfi. Quite part of town. Staff helpful. Deco is very cool and modern.

  Disliked: No coffee or tea in the room. When asked we were given a portable cattle we could use. Location is in residential area so you will usually need two buses or bus+ U bhan to get downtown.

  Liked: The location is creative and feels very cozy and inviting. There is love in details. They have lots of games and areas to socialize.

  Disliked: Staff: I understand that the hotel has a very modern and relaxed concept and is not overly formal. However, the staff wear casual clothes and caps, which makes them difficult to recognize as staff members. During breakfast, some staff members use their phones. They explain to elderly guests where they can get coffee, but do not take the time to actually show them, while at the same time spending time on their phones. In my opinion, this comes across as a little unmotivated and too casual. I am paying a mid-to-high price for the stay, so I think it is reasonable to expect a certain level of hospitality. There is often no “Good morning,” “Moin,” smile, or any other kind of acknowledgment when passing staff members. In my opinion, this does not leave a good impression. My suggestion: Keep the relaxed atmosphere, but perhaps introduce team hoodies, shirts, or caps so that staff members are easily recognizable. I would also recommend some basic hospitality training. A simple “Good morning” or a friendly offer to help can make a big difference, especially compared to being ignored while trying to figure out how the self-service system works.

  We were surprised how efficient the staff were and the everything exceeded our expectations

  Liked: Friendly and very helpful staff

  Disliked: They gave us a free upgrade but there was alot of noise from outside at night and it was hot so we needed the Windows open. We asked to change our room back to M and they agreed. We slept much better!
