  Superbude was conveniently placed to get to the main area of Hamburg

  Liked: The best thing about the accommodation was the cleanliness and accessibility of it. The staff were very helpful, I was meant to have had a room on the 1st floor with no lift, but I have a bad back and other pains and they were very kind and found a different room on the 5th floor where I could take a lift. I really appreciated that.

  Disliked: The distance between the bed and the walls was very tight. If I wanted to get to the bed on the right hand side the corner of the bed was almost against the wall under the TV and I had to lean over and ease myself around.

  Liked: While the breakfast itself was good, the staff were unhelpful and impolite when I inquired about special dietary needs for allergies. The reception team was very welcoming and friendly.

  Disliked: The room was spacious and the ping pong room was a great addition. While the hotel isn't central or within walking distance of the main attractions, the train station is close by.
