Guest reviews
Liked: Parking was walkable and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable.
Liked: Staff was not friendly at all. We arrived about 1/2’hour early before check in time from an international flight. We were tired and hungry. Staff told us to wait with our luggage in the crowded entryway. We asked if their advertised bar/restaurant was open but it was too early for the bar and too late for the restaurant. There is NOWHERE nearby to walk to get some food.
I would stay here
Liked: Great hotel. Great bed. Great breakfast. I booked this hotel as it was within walking distance of Miniture Wunderland
Liked: Rooms were comfortable and clean Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Allowed for early check in.
Great hotel. Great breakfast. Great bed
Liked: Great hotel. Great breakfast. I selected this hotel as it was near Miniature Wunderland which was the purpose of my visit to Hamburg It is only 5 minutes walk, crucial if you have a timed ticket that limits when you can get in I didn’t know that there is a hotel Of the same chain in Vienna which is on my tour. I would have stayed there The bed is fantastic. It is so comfortable
Liked: Attractive, rooms with nice amenities, great staff.
