Good
Clean, convenient and accommodating!
Liked: Good breakfast. Great location, near the old quarter of the city. Staff was accommodating storing luggage and with bike parking, and was helpful getting taxis and with suggestions where to eat, etc.
Liked: Accommodations to leave luggage till check in can happen
We would stay here again
Liked: Location near Altstadt was great.
Disliked: Our first room was too small (we were on an extended vacation. ). We upgraded to a larger room which was able to accommodate us. Staff were helpful and gracious about the change.
Excellent location and comfortable
Liked: Location excellent, short walk to main sites and public transport. Easy to find, good size room.
Disliked: Nothing
Great location right in the middle of the old town
Liked: Great location in the middle of the old town, right where you need to be.
Disliked: Would have been great to have tea/coffee in the room. Other than that the hotel is great and highly recommended
Very pleasant stay
Liked: The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast buffet was good and complete. Really nice staff. The hotel placed in a perfect location and Deutsches Eck is easily reachable from there.
Disliked: There is just a slight issue with coordinating the taxi order at checkout.
