  Liked: The location is perfect for sightseeing and being near the lake. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. They have 3 channels of news in English.

  Disliked: I was told that they didn't have parking. So I parked nearby. When I arrived, the person at the desk asked if I parked in their garage!? So they have a garage after all. Why they told me that they didn't, I don't know. But it was an inconvenience. The breakfast was cold, both days. The eggs were cold and hard. My room was very small.

  Great location and room

  Liked: Great location, very close to train station. Great size and nicely fitted out room. Bathroom great size.

  Disliked: Temperature control in the room was a bit warm for sleeping.

  excellent option in Constanz

  Liked: close to the train and ferry, excellent excellent breakfast and room was very comfortable and quiet

  Disliked: you cant not work in the room, no table available. not even in the hotel you cant properly work!!

  I'd return. In fact I did!

  Liked: The hotel is smack dab in the middle of things and I could throw a ball and hit the train station. Everything is within walking distance. I ended up staying here twice as I enjoyed it so much.

  Disliked: The second room (the second visit) was as hot as it could be. The sun was beating down and the air didn't work because of the outside temperature. We had to keep the windows open. That room had a lot of noise as it was on a side street. The first room was perfect and quiet. I was also charged an "early check in" price of 30 Euro? I am glad I checked my bill. I ddi request an early check in but once I learned of the price I never took them up in their offer but was charged anyway.

  welcoming, clean and well-run hotel

  Liked: This is a very welcoming, clean and well-run hotel with nice amenities, understated elegant decor and helpful staff. The comfortable beds offer quality linens for a good night’s sleep. The location in the historic Post Office is well-situated opposite the railway station and the lake, and attractive old town is a short walk away. A definite return for us.
