  Great location, super friendly staff, clean, happy to return

  Liked: Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast area outside. Got a fridge into our room when we said we had some cheese with is from previous travels. Friends said their relatives always stay at this hotel and we can understand why. Good choice for breakfast, we arrived a bit late, but were offered coffee and whether to replenish any of the spreads.

  Disliked: Knocked my head in the roof going from bathroom to bedroom. but we really did enjoy our stay and there was a warning tape that I could have given attention. Will be nice when city works finish so parking might be closer, but it really was not far to parking across canal.

  Liked: Not too large, modern, quiet and close to everything in old Lubeck and with wonderful staff. Fantastic breakfasts

  Friendly, helpful staff and delicious breakfasts

  Liked: The fact that we arrived just after 6pm and there was someone to help us in. We were able to get an earlier train and therefore didn't have to turn up just on 7pm when, after a long day and 4 train journeys, we were very tired and, as we'd not been to Lubeck before we were hoping to find a welcome. The staff were all helpful, friendly and cheerful. Thank you.

  Disliked: The difficult changes in level at the door entrances/exits.

  Liked: The best part is location of hotel it was close to everything, it was clean and tiny good for short stay.

  Disliked: I didnt like check in service, they dont have a person to asist in late check in so they asked my card details in advance and whitholded a money for one night, it was freezed, they told it will be available in 10 days, but its more than 2 weeks since booking and i didnt get it back still, very inconvinet from my poin of view. They should do something more convinient for late check in service or trust there customers.
