  Liked: The location is very convenient. The price is reasonable. The general atmosphere gives you a feeling of times gone.

  Disliked: Upon our arrival I was asked to pay the stay. We were travelling through many places and I did not remember where the stay was paid ahead and where not. So I paid twice. The hotel accepted that I was charged me wrongly, but is reluctant to return the money, even after for two months, despite being approached by my bank.

  Pleasant stay!

  Liked: Breakfast ok, could have a few more options.

  Disliked: I needed to speak to staff and they were supposed to be there until 8.30pm but when I showed up at 8.05pm no one was there for the rest of the evening.

  Liked: Centrallly located,5 min. walk to old city gate. Clean room with strong wifi.. Both guys at the reception were polite and helpful.

  Disliked: Small bathroom. Very soft pillows. Reception open only from 8.00to 11.00 and14.30 to 20.00. Rather expensive for its quality.

  Disliked: they lied to us. It was written that we would have a private bathroom, but we had one shared with the whole floor. It was always dirty and I was the one who cleaned it...

  Convenient place to stay on a one day visit to lovely Lubeck

  Liked: Very near the train and bus station Staff were very friendly Early check in on a hot day - much appreciated

  Disliked: Room very basic for the price Room not serviced despite asking twice. TV not working right till eventually on day 2 a very helpful "Minijobber" (his description) got it fixed in 3 minutes and serviced the room at the same time (about 1730 in the late afternoon) - this was after two other staff told me nothing could be done. Thanks to the very nice and helpful lad, I could watch England draw with Ghana draw 0-0. Awful game.
