  Liked: We stayed at the hotel at the end of October with our two dogs (around 24 kg each). Despite the low ratings, we had a very good experience. Our room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant smells. Everything was well maintained. There was also a kettle, tea, and instant coffee in the room. The room was spacious, and the staff were very friendly towards our dogs. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, which is completely understandable. We had a parking space in the underground garage. You can also buy soft drinks at the reception. The location is convenient, and there is a nice park just behind the hotel, which is great for walking the dogs. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and a positive experience!

  Disliked: The only downsides were the mattress, which was too soft, almost like a marshmallow, the small duvets, and the very soft pillows.

  Nice hotel for a one night stay

  Liked: A very nice German breakfast with a rich selection. Lovely scrambled eggs and crispy bacon, bread and ham, fruit, and beverages. Spacious breakfast room and very nice staff.

  Disliked: The only negative is the location. It is close to the Autobahn, but a little far from the city center. As well this is close to a busy crossing, but inside it is quiet.

  Perfect the staff was excellent and new how to speak English

  Liked: I like the staff very nice and appreciate me and my partner business. They even fix a problem in are room washroom. I would go back to that hotel any time I'm back in germany. I loved it even thu it was a little out the way. The bus was easy to get to city center.

  Disliked: There nothing bad I can say about this hotel it was lovely

  convenient for a stop

  Liked: excellent location for a stop from Travemuende harbour to the south, easy access from highway, as well as nearby park for a walk with dog.

  Disliked: a little difficult to park the car in the underground garage, would help to have numbers to locate free places
