  Convenient location overlooking the trains

Liked: The hotel was so easy to get to since it was right across the road from the Osterport train station which was one line from the Central Station and the Flix bus drop-off station. I loved watching the trains from my window which actually sealed out most of the noise. (The hotel provided earplugs too by the bedside if you needed it.) The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and helped with anything I needed.

Disliked: Some of the rooms are on the very bottom floor and there isn't a view to the trains although there is greenery to be seen from the window. Also if you have difficulty with walking, request a room closer to reception as the hotel is along a very long corridor and some rooms require quite a walk.

  Nice base to explore Lūbeck

Liked: The location is ideal for the sites and restaurants in the city and it is a moderate walk from the station. The breakfast food was good. Staff were friendly.

Disliked: I didn't like the tables in the reception area and found them too low to eat breakfast off. There was one long table which was suitable to eating at and therefore fairly busy.

  Nice like always

Liked: Location is excellent, everything else like expected. I am coming every year and apprecitate the continuos level of quality.

Disliked: I am always missing a refrigerator and a coffee/ hot water maker in the room, but I am aware that this contributes to the value for money calculation.
