Disliked: When I booked the room, it was clearly stated that my son would have a separate bed. However, this was not the case. My 8-year-old son had to sleep in the only bed available in the room. According to the hotel, this information was included in the confirmation email. But what is the point of informing guests about this only AFTER the booking has been made? This information should be clearly stated before the reservation is confirmed, so guests can make an informed decision. I am very disappointed with this experience, especially because the accommodation did not match what was advertised at the time of booking.

    Comfort, convenience, accommodating!

Liked: Very comfortable beds, price was good, location and parking was good, buffet breakfast was good

Disliked: They need to work on their eggs! Dippy eggs were every time boiled to death, scrambled came out too cooked!
