  Many thanks for hospitality. We recommend this accommodation to everyone!

  Liked: We were impressed as the accommodation was very clean and prepared for us. All was mentioned by family members that it's more prepared for shorter stay (less then one week). Our communication with accommodation owner was very responsive.

  Disliked: We were expected that the accommodation was on the first flour, but didn't expect that the waste beans were placed close to the living room's window (before waste was collected, was impossible to open window due to the bad smell) also we'll recommend to install on same window "mosquito mesh" to avoid insects ingress in the room. Accommodation have washing machine (in basement-cellar), but there isn't any place to dry washed clothes specially when is rainy outside (no drier, no indoor/outdoor drying ropes) - good to have it when you stay 10 days or more specially to wash or dry towels/clothes (have extra towels when stay more then 5 days is a plus). We are sure that the owner will improve this minor findings and we'll be happy to stay here again. We'd love if checkout time will be close to 12 o'clock (instead of 10 o'clock).

  The appartment is really good, perfect location, quite place and shops available nearby

  Liked: The instructions were provided, but that was first time for me, so I got expiriance and so it would be much easier next time.

  Disliked: The bed linen was not been provided for all guest, but we arranged delivery next day.

  Clean and spacious apartment

  Liked: Nice spacious apartment. It was clean and had all the items one would need in a self-catering apartment. Owner was friendly and quick to respond. We had the 1st floor one with street and courtyard view.

  Disliked: The parking was a kerfuffle. We booked the private parking which wasn't easy to find. All the roads are tight and busy one-way roads, so it wasn't a couple of minutes to navigate to it as stated by the owner. The owner did contact me directly after a while to lead me to it, but by then we managed to park in a space outside the property. I was very tired and hungry by that point. I would have expected a courtesy refund for a parking space not used (Eu20). The area itself was residential, but sadly looked very run down with rubbish everywhere. Parking didn't feel entirely safe on the road and had I not been so tired, I would have preferred to stay in a more private space, although security there wasn't entirely guaranteed either with it being out of sight completely. Sadly we couldn't open the sofa bed. My husband followed the instructions but it wouldn't unfold with the cushions on and we didn't want to force it. It seemed very worn out and sat-through already. I had to sleep on it as it was, which would have been a problem had we needed it for the full occupancy. Not a comfortable sleep. Another off-putting aspect of this booking were the very long-winded instructions by email and left around the property. It took us a while to read through and navigate to the key box and the flat code.
