  Liked: Location and building is nice.

  Disliked: I mistakenly reserved a stay for October rather than July during my visit; when I attempted to cancel or reschedule, the hotel declined the request despite the request for change being made three months earlier.

  Lovely city, history and comfortable accommodation. A shame we could not have stayed a few more nights

  Liked: Excellent bathroom. Spacious, clean, comfortable room. Very helpful staff.

  Disliked: A warning there is no lift would have been useful. The two adjoining streets were noisy all night.
