  Clean and good pricing

  Liked: Although there was no human interaction as the check-in and check-out was online, it was convenient to organise your own times.

  Disliked: Unfortunately the shower head was unstable but showering was still possible. Furthermore the internet access was without any security measure so it didn’t feel safe to use it.

  Disliked: The room was fine and the hotel itself was generally good. However, the location was not ideal, as it is right next to a large and busy road. The main problem was the parking. We received a fine from an automated parking system because, according to them, we had not paid for parking — but we did pay. When I contacted the hotel for help, they told me that the parking was not their responsibility and that I should deal directly with a private company. I find this very disappointing. As a hotel guest who paid for the parking, I would have expected the hotel to take some responsibility and help resolve the issue.

  A very pleasant stay

  Liked: The hotel isn’t located in the old town, but it’s still within easy reach, making it a great choice for both a short stay and a longer visit to explore the city. We stayed in a basement room, which was surprisingly spacious, with very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

  Disliked: Nothing to mention. The reception is in another building, that is a bit unusual, but overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
