  Great Location

  Liked: It was in the city center. You cannot find a better place to stay in the Citycentre.

  Disliked: The showers and the toilets they were really, really dirty. It was always smelling like a piss. It was so bad everyone was washing the dishes, where you brush your teeth. I didn’t like it at all. I feel really bad

  Liked: The location was good, the fridge microwave dynamic was very efficient, the microwave also worked well as a mirror. The bugs were also fairly friendly.

  Disliked: The beds were dirty, the bathrooms were vile. There was incessant noise all through the night from within and beyond the building. The pillows, being without fluff, should not be considered so. Overall, terrible experience, no one slept conformably nor soundly.

  Liked: Really great location for those visiting Munich. Check in was easy and room was good and clean.

  Disliked: Bed made a noise whenever you moved and the walls are quite thin so you easily hear noise from corridor, other rooms or outside

  Liked: The only thing I liked about this accommodation was the location.

  Disliked: I had a terrible experience with the other guests. In the middle of the night, they were shouting, banging on my door, and even tried to open it twice. I contacted the accommodation, and they initially told me they had checked the security cameras and that nothing had happened. However, I had recorded the incident myself. As soon as I mentioned that I had video evidence, they changed their story, claiming that there were multiple buildings and they didn't know which one the incident had occurred in. It's unbelievable how they try to mislead their customers. First, they insist that nothing happened, and then, when confronted with evidence, they suddenly change their explanation. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional! Furthermore, they didn't even respond until the following day. There is no one on-site to assist guests in case of an emergency, which makes the situation even more concerning. What if I had been in the bathroom and someone had managed to enter my room while I was away from the door? What could have happened to me? I felt unsafe in a place where I should have been able to feel secure. The lack of immediate assistance and the way the accommodation handled the situation are completely unacceptable. Guest safety should be a priority, and this experience was both frightening and deeply disappointingEscrita The only thing I liked about this accommodation was the location. Furthermore, the shower area is ridiculously small, making it almost impossible to move comfortably. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. For several days, personal items left by other women in the shower stalls remained there, which suggests that the bathrooms were not being cleaned properly. Considering the safety issues, the lack of emergency assistance, the poor cleanliness, and the uncomfortable shower facilities, I would not recommend this accommodation.
