Excellent
Liked: The hotel is excellent in every way. The rooms are clean and tidy. They were cleaned daily and the bed linen was changed. The bathroom is equipped with all hygiene products and towels that are changed daily. It was, like the whole room, well heated, and it also had a hair dryer. A refreshing free drink was brought to the room every day, and the hotel staff was very friendly and at your service at all times. We paid €19 per day for breakfast and were delighted with the variety and quality of the dishes. The very nice and pleasant lobby bar was a great place to wrap up the night out before going to sleep, the drink prices were decent and the bar staff very friendly. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is very quiet, and the Neuperlach Süd metro station and the bus station are only a 2-minute walk away, so the distance from the city center is easily overcome. For the money we invested, we got much more than expected, which is why I highly recommend this place to everyone coming to Munich, and I know where I will look for accommodation first when I come to this city again.
Disliked: Everything was great. The only minor problem was the fact that the Neuperlach Süd metro station was closed for construction, as well as several others around the city, which made transportation a little difficult and required more transfers and the use of literally all forms of public transportation. However, this has nothing to do with the hotel and is a matter for the city government.

Disliked: Without prior information, parking house at the property basement requires extra payment of 15€ per day at the reception desk! Breakfast: Salmon for two days, then suddenly no salmon. Milk in coffee machine was bad taste. No creamer available. No brown sugar. We asked reception due to tiredness, how to reach nearby shopping center by public transport, as train line down. Their answer: Walk 2.5km without help indicating the direction. Room door was closing, but not locking automatically as expected. Room stayed open all day! When informing the reception afterwards, they already knew about this flaw, but didn't fix it beforehand, and without telling us to pull the door strongly to make it property locked. Evening hotel bar had not even salted nuts snacks available. No restaurant nearby.
Disliked: The TV wasn't smart, so we couldn't watch something on internet what we wanted,but it wasn't that bad
