Beautiful hotel, but staff was not friendly

Liked: Nice location, very nice hotel, beautiful.

Disliked: Staff was not organized and we waited for our room for 3 hours, then got a different room with foldable bed. Pool was not available without notification.

Liked: The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

Disliked: There were skid marks in the toilet below the sitting part. That should have been cleaned properly for a new customer.

  Overpriced hotel

Liked: We could watch the small farm from the window, it was a big plus! Room was good ngl.

Disliked: They took up to 48h to send my invoice. Breakfast coasted 32EUR and it was good. I wouldn't pay for it again, limited selection and rude staff.

Great location and views of Munich!

Liked: Everything was fantastic. Staff and food was great.

Disliked: The only suggestions would be, add a little extra cushion to the sofa beds for those traveling as a family. The Sofa bed in our room, had a bar in the middle of the mattress and the springs were very uncomfortable. If the hotel could provide mattress pads for sofa beds it would make the experience a little better. Other than that, rooms are fantastic.
