Ideal stay - a bit further from center but worth it to stay in a hotel room with central air, kitchen and all amenities

Perfect for us for long term stay with affordable price

Liked: The price is might be the best with kitchen. Suitable for long stay like us (13 days). There is a laundry room. The coffee and tea are free.

Disliked: Some receptionists are not so friendly, but there are two ladies that are super helpful. The cleaniness can be improved The utensil can be added also (not even a knife for cutting vegetable/fruit)

A cozy and clean hotel near Olympiapark

Liked: The hotel is very tidy and clean and the location is quiet yet conveniet, the U3 subway station is right around the corner and Olympiapark is easily reachable on foot. Having a kitchenette in the room was super handy, but what really made the stay special was the hospitality. The staff was genuinely friendly and a huge bonus was the complimentary coffee throughout the day (a self-serve machine in the lobby, such a nice touch!).

Disliked: The only small downside was the breakfast area. It’s a bit compact with limited seating, which gets tricky when some guests linger at tables for way longer than needed instead of making room for others.

Liked: Good size bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen area was compact but fine for assembling breakfast or a light meal. Quiet location with a few nearby shops and restaurants and close to the u-bahn which takes about 15 minutes to central Munich

  Good location, basic overall experience

Liked: Good location, very close to the metro. Excellent breakfast and wi-fi. The staff was really nice and gave me an upgrade. I would stay there if you go for work and look for an apartment-style hotel.

Disliked: The hotel felt quite basic and not particularly cosy. The overall atmosphere was rather plain and impersonal. The rooms were not cleaned during the stay, which I found disappointing for a hotel that presents itself as a four-star property.
