Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially when my luggage was delayed. They were very helpful and took great care in receiving it for me. I also appreciated how practical and automated everything was — the whole system worked seamlessly. The location was excellent, too! I had a minor issue with the shower on one occasion, but as soon as I mentioned it to the staff, they resolved it immediately. Excellent service overall!

Disliked: This is obviously a matter of personal preference, but I found the pillows too soft, which made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably. I think the hotel could offer better pillows, or at least provide firmer options. Just a suggestion!
