Friendly staff, good breakfast, good location, but the bedroom was problematic

Liked: The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast buffet breakfast was good, and the location was very good.

Disliked: The bedroom was quite a disappointment. I had booked a Superior Double Room, and it was far from superior. As well as being small, our two particular problems were * the bed was accessible from just one side and the tail end, with the other two sides being against walls. For the person wanting to get in (or get out of ) the bed to access the far sleeping location, it had to be done by crawling to/from the tail end. *the bathroom was small, with the toilet located behind its door. Accessing the toilet was difficult because the widest gap offered (between door and shower) left only a narrow space to get through. And we had to breathe into slip past. Fortunately, we don’t have large bodies

A hotel I would recommend for its high standard and close proximately to the town and train service

Liked: The room was a good size for three and the proportion of beds to moving space was excellent. The Bathroom was a good size.

Disliked: The noise from the street could get quite noisy during the night but the windows did a good job in keeping it down.
