  Lovely, friendly vibe in a boutique hotel in Munich

  Liked: Pretty little hotel in a great location!

  Disliked: No cream with the coffee set-up in our room. Not a big deal as there is a very nice breakfast/coffee situation from 7-10. I had gone back to the room in the afternoon to regroup and wanted a cup of coffee…the front desk employee was kind enough to get some milk for me!

  Excellent location

  Liked: Very close to Oktoberfest and very clean.

  Disliked: The elevator broke one of the days during my stay and the room was really warm.

  Liked: Location good. Close to the trams. Large and comfortable room. Day staff very helpful.

  Disliked: The first night the room was very cold. Staff left the window open and only one radiator worked slightly. The night desk staff wasn't helpful. Claimed there was a thermostat which there wasn't. Next day staff took care of it. Radiators were turned on. The mattress wasn't great.

  Very comfortable room with great staff. Although it is on a fairly busy road the room was quiet

  Liked: Good location for us U bahn station close by and plenty of places to eat and shop close by

  Disliked: No facilities to make hot drinks in the room and lack of carpet in the room wasn’t to our liking

  Fantastic location and price-quality relationship

  Liked: Great location, friendly and helpful staff (Spanish lady at the reception was remarkable) and cute room overlooking the Theresuenwiese, on a clear day the Alps can be seen and the beautiful churches of Munich, included major visit locations.

  Disliked: It is a personal choice not a critic, I prefer softer matresses but the room and everything was perfect, just a little had for my taste.
