Disliked: The hotel shares an elevator with the REWE supermarket, which felt a bit unusual and uncomfortable. The room was very small and cramped, making it difficult to feel at ease. Unfortunately, the staff were not particularly welcoming, and the receptionist seemed unhappy and unapproachable. If you don't mind these drawbacks, the hotel may still be an option. However, if you value friendly and welcoming service, this may not be the best choice for you.
