  A convenient location, but disappointing hygiene, poor service, and a lack of attention to basic gue

  Liked: The hotel has a convenient central location, and the room was relatively clean and comfortable. However, several aspects of our five-day stay were disappointing. Room: Despite requesting basic amenities, we received a bathrobe with holes in it, and slippers were never provided. Most disappointingly, we requested an extra blanket for our small child, but it was never delivered during our entire stay. I had to cover my child with a jacket at night, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Breakfast and restaurant: Hygiene was a serious concern. I observed a male staff member picking something up from the floor and then approaching our table wearing the same gloves. Furthermore, the restaurant floor was sticky and noticeably unclean throughout all five days of our stay. Location: The location was convenient and one of the positive aspects of our experience. Overall, the hotel was acceptable, but the lack of attention to hygiene, basic guest requests, and the needs of families with young children fell below our expectations of the Marriott brand. I hope management takes these concerns seriously.

  Great Location and comfortable stay

  Liked: Location being close to the old city, shopping and train station was very good. Rooms were clean and functional.

  Disliked: Parking costs were very high compared to other city hitels we had parked at. Minich and Vienna parking cost are similar (very high) and I think this because it is Munich and Vienna.

  Disappointing experience

  Disliked: The hotel is clearly in need of a significant refurbishment. Although the bed was comfortable, the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The interiors felt tired and dated, with old-fashioned furniture that has clearly seen better days. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, appearing worn, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of modernisation. Overall, the hotel lacks the freshness and comfort one would expect. A thorough renovation would make a significant difference to the guest experience. Unfortunately, despite the comfortable bed, the outdated condition of the room made the stay rather underwhelming.
