  Terrific location, terrific staff!

  Liked: Fantastic location! You can walk from here to just about anywhere you'd like in the Alte Stadt. Loved the German engineering/design of the room...not a single wasted space, yet the room had an open feel to it. What is fun is that each room features the works of a famous artist. External black-out blinds you can raise and lower. Reza and Herr Schneider at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. There's a staffed laundry/dry-cleaning service adjacent to the hotel, which enabled us to do 2 loads of washing before we left. It's conveniently located a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof. It's also just around the corner from where the buses leave for Neuschwanstein/Linderhof/Hohenschwangau.

  Disliked: Being as it's on a busy road with a tram, it was a little noisy. The first night, we noticed the noise, but by the second night, after walking around all day, we didn't notice it at all due to our exhaustion!

  Liked: Very spacious with large television screen. Great shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Walking distance from main railway station and old town.

  Excellent boutique hotel

  Liked: The most helpful staff I have experienced. My roof had exceptional flexible lighting, a good shower, the bed was ok, there were complimentary refreshments in the fridge & a coffee maker. Charming boutique hotel. The breakfast in the small Afghan restaurant next door was fine & more than adequate. Convenient location to main station and main square.

  Disliked: Nothing to dislike. The elevator was old European size, but big enough.

  Close to everything in Munich

  Liked: Hotel easy short walk from central train station and convenient laundromat nearby. Clean and comfortable room.

  Disliked: Trams and street noisy but room has great blockout blinds to help. Use earplugs for a better sleep
