Disliked: Location near central station where all the people left on the street gathered. Facility asks for refresh

  Excellent hotel, by the station

Liked: Well, the location is absolutely perfect! You cannot get any better than this. The rooms are spatious though ours was a bit dated. But spotless, excellent. The staff were great, eager to help. Breakfast is very good. It was much less noisy than what I was expecting. Very good window insulation. We will definitely choose it again next time we are in Munich

Disliked: Not something I didn't like, but perhaps that our room was a bit dated and didn't have things likr a coffe machine etc. But, having said that, the room was very spatious, very clean, and lovely. Also, one thing that might be an issue onl for me, the pillows were very thin. But putting 2 one on top of the other, worked:).

Great location in a comfortable hotel

Liked: Nice rooms, location very central, breakfast ok nothing special although it was expensive

Disliked: Service slow and forgetful in the restaurant and in spite of that I was asked to tip! However, the dinner that was swerved tasted lovely. Front of house staff are letting the kitchen staff down.
