  we had a really nice stay

  Liked: Staff were very nice, location was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable

  Disliked: There was no phone to call down to reception, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the restaurant only serves sandwiches and snacks.

  Excellent hotel in a great location

  Liked: This is a quiet, super conveniently located hotel (right next to the main train station and an easy walk to the Marienplatz. It's clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed room and good-size on-suite bathroom/toilet. (No mini-fridge though. Just FYI) Everyone spoke English, and while on the touch more expensive side (we paid about 200 euro per night - about 50 more euro a night than we would have paid if we were farther away from the city center), the convenience of the location more than made up for it. I will stay here again next time I'm in Munich

  Disliked: My only "complaint" (and it's hardly a complaint, more of an observation) is that there is no mini-fridge in the room.

  A great place to feel like home. Staff was marvelouse and helpful all time

  Liked: Everything! Breakfast was also amazing. This place used to be a palace and later on a bank. So stairs made by marble have fossils as amonita on it … absolutely amazing discovery going down stairs. I share some poctures. Ideal to show to kids.

  Disliked: I did not know how to warm the room. Heatheris independent from thermostat and after two nights I had to ask. Thanks that was not so cold.
